La mostra RAD + OUTDOOR, tenutasi a Brema il 12 – 13 Marzo 2011, è stato un gran successo per noi.

Il nostro stand è risultato essere l’unico italiano fra i 166 espositori presenti alla mostra, con bandiera tricolore dell’Italia in bella mostra.

La maggior parte degli ospiti che hanno visitato il nostro stand hanno dichiarato che era la prima volta che vedevano:

a) i tubi grezzi d’acciaio inossidabile utilizzati per la costruzione dei telai;

b) i componenti costituenti la nostra forcella da 1 1/8”, sempre in acciaio inossidabile, realizzati con lavorazioni a CNC.

A destato molta ammirazione ed impressione la nostra tecnica “Fillet Brazing” utilizzata per la costruzione dei telai d'acciaio senza congiunzioni: abbiamo dovuto rimuovere, varie volte, le impronte digitali lasciate dai visitatori increduli davanti all’estrema cura con cui è stata eseguita la finitura dei telai PRO RACING EVO, EXTRA 2 INOX, CORSA STRADA e MTB, FLY 100 classico e Scatto Fisso “S5”, tutti presenti alla mostra.

Abbiamo, inoltre, stabilito vari contatti con commercianti di bicicletta, sia di tipo tradizionale sia sportivo, con fornitori di componenti di biciclette e con costruttori professionali, tutti da vari anni presenti sul mercato Internazionale.

Die Messe RAD + OUTDOOR am 12. – 13. März 2011 in Bremen war ein großer Erfolg für uns.

Unter den 166 Ausstellern waren wir der einzige Stand mit einer Italoflagge.

Nahezu alle Besucher hatten vorher noch nie die bei uns präsentierten Teile gesehen :

a) Edelstahlrohre in rohem Zustand mit verschiedenen Profilen für den Rahmenbau,

b) unsere selbst entwickelte Edelstahlgabel in 1 1/8" und diverse Teile aus eigener CNC - Fertigung wie Tretlagergehäuse, Steuerrohre usw..

Beeindruckt waren die Besucher von der von uns eingesetzten Technik des muffenlosen Lötens "Fillet Brazing”: mehrmals am Tag mussten wir die Fingerabdrücke der Besucher entfernen von unseren Rahmen PRO RACING EVO, EXTRA 2 INOX, CORSA STRADA und MTB, FLY 100 classico e Scatto Fisso “S5” die alle auf der Messe präsentiert wurden.

Wir konnten viele Kontakte knüpfen, sowohl zu Endverbrauchern, als auch zu Fahrradhändlern und -herstellern. Ein deutscher Rahmenbauer hat Interesse an unseren Materialien für den Rahmenbau bekundet.

Für die Zukunft erwarten wir eine Reihe interessanter Zusammenarbeiten und neue Projekte.

Wir danken den Organisatoren der Messe Rad + Outdoor und den Besuchern für das gezeigte Interesse an unseren Produkten.

The fair Rad + OUTDOOR in Bremen, 12. - 13. March 2011, was a great success for us.

Among the 166 exhibitors we were the only one with an Italo-Flag.

Almost all visitors had nerver seen before the parts presented by us:

a) Tubes in stainless steel raw condition with different profiles for the framebuilding,

b) our self developed stainless steel fork in 1 1/8" and various parts from own CNC - manufacturing such as Bottom Brackets, Headtubes etc.

The visitors were impressed of the technology we use on our lugless frames called " Fillet Brazing”: we had to remove the fingerprints several times from our frames PRO RACING EVO, EXTRA 2 INOX, CORSA STRADA e MTB, FLY 100 classico and Scatto Fisso “S5” we have presented at the fair.

We could attach many contacts, both to consumers and to bicycle dealers and - manufacturers. A German framebuilder stated interest in our materials in the building of frameworks.

For the future we expect a row of intersting co-operation and new projects.

Thanks to the supervisors of the fair Rad + Outdoor and the visitors for the interest shown in our products.

Ciao tutti, sono la BiCittà, una citybike italiana classica e voglio invitarvi tutti a venire a Brema dal 12 ÷ 13 Marzo alla Fiera RAD + OUTDOOR , Stand 5 K 34.

Hallo, ich bin BiCittà, ein Citybike im klassischen italienischen Stil und ich mochte Euch einladen zur Messe RAD + OUTDOOR am 12. - 13. März in Bremen.
Ihr könnt dort eine Testfahrt mit mir unternehmen.
Mein Rahmen und meine Gabel sind aus Chrom-Molydänstahl gefertigt. Es kommen aber auch noch meine Familienmitglieder von SIMONCINI zur Messe, die sind gebaut aus Edelstahlrohren der Legierung UHTS3 (Ultra High Tensile Strength Stainless Steel):

Come da nostra filosofia abbiamo personalizzato, per un cliente, un telaio "SCATTO FISSO S5" interamente realizzato in lega inossidabile "Fly100" ( telaio e forcella).
La personalizzione, evidenziata nelle immagini, ha riguardato:

Saldatura telaio con metodologia "Fillet Brazing" a vista color "ottone"
Telaio elettrolucidato
Forcella inossidabile con trattamento di pallinatura (Shot Peening)
Scritte realizzate con pallinatura (Shot Peening)
Protezione superficiale del telaio tramite verniciatura trasparente (telaio nudo)
Componenti ed accessori stile anni '90
Doppia corona al mozzo posteriore con possibilità di "Scatto Fisso" o "Scatto Libero"

Con una speciale mascherina abbiamo scritto, tramite pallinatura, il nome del telaio.

La colorazione "ottone" delle saldature "Fillet Brazing" del telaio ben si abbina con il colore dei cerchi in legno.

I colori delle leve freno, rosso e blu, richiamano la colorazione degli album dei mitici THE BEATLES.

Lo sterzo e l'attacco manubrio sono in stile inizi anni '90.

Forcellini inox microfusi, uniti alla Forcella Inox mediante brasatura (Brazing).

Forcellini posteriori inox, lavorati CNC, uniti al carro posteriore mediante brasatura (Brazing) e doppia corona "Scatto Fisso" e Scatto Libero".

Movimento Centrale che supporta le guarniture standard BSA.

Nostro autoadesivo per l'acciaio inossidabile FLY100, ULTRA HIGH TENSILE STRENGTH STAINLESS STEEL.

Shot Peening

Per i nostri clienti che non gradiscono un telaio in acciaio inox lucidatato, possiamo offrire il trattamento superficiale "Shot Peening" (processo di lavorazione a freddo in cui la superfice del telaio è "bombardata" con microsfere di ceramica).
I vantaggi di questo trattamento, sotto l'aspetto tecnologico, sono notevoli e si possono riassumere in:
- Aumento della durata (vita) dei componenti;
- Aumento della resistenza a fatica, sia delle parti saldate sia delle parti sottoposte a flessione (telaio) o torsione;
- Aumento della durezza superficiale;
- Eliminazione delle rotture per tensiocorrosione (SCC Stress Corrosion Cracking);
- Possibilità di ottenere diversi tipi di finiture estetiche;
- Ecologica: non necessita di verniciatura finale.
Nelle fotografie, relative sia la telaio sia alla forcella, si può vedere come come si presentano le superfici dopo questo trattamento.

Für unsere Kunden, die keinen hochglanzpolierten Edelstahlrahmen mögen, bieten wir ein Perlstrahlen als Finish der Rohre an (ein Kaltverformen der Rohroberflächen durch Beschuß mit Keramikperlen).
Die Vorteile dieser Behandlung, aus technischer Sicht, sind bemerkenswert:
- Erhöhung der Lebensdauer der Komponenten;
- Erhöhung der Torsionsfestigkeit und der Biegefestigkeit der Rohre;
- Erhöhung der Oberflächenhärte;
- Beseitigung der Spannungskorrosion (SCC Stress Corrosion Cracking);
- Verschiedene, ästhetische Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten der Rohroberflächen;
- Ökologie: eine abschließende Lackierung ist nicht erforderlich.
Die Fotos zeigen die Oberflächen der Rohre des Rahmens und der Gabel nach dieser Behandlung.

For our customers who do not appreciate a high polished stainless steel frame, we can offer the surface treatment " Shot Peening" (process of cold work in which the superficial "Shooting" with microspheres of ceramics).
The advantages of this treatment, in technical view, are remarkable:
- Increase of the duration of the parts;
- Increase of the resistance to torsion knitting and bending;
- Increase of the superficial hardness;
- Elimination of the stress corrosion crackings (SCC Stress Corrosion Cracking);
- Possibility to obtain various types of aesthetic finishes;
- Ecological: a final paint job is not needed.
In the photographies you can see the superficial of the frame and the fork after this treatment.

FORCELLA INOX

Offriamo 2 forcelle in acciaio inossidabile FLY100 per sistema Ahaedset:

un 1" modello con testa classica microfusa,

un 1" 1/8 modello con testa lavorata CNC.

Entrambi sono disponibili in una versione diritta o curva.
La larghezza del la forcella 1 1/8" è progettata per un telaio con congiunzioni con tubo obliquo di 35mm.

Wir bieten zwei Gabeln in Edelstahl FLY100 an:

ein 1" Modell mit einem klassischen Gabelkopf,

ein 1 1/8" Modell mit einem CNC-gefrästen Gabelkopf.

Beide Gabeln sind auch in einer geraden Version erhältlich.
Die Weite der 1 1/8" Gabel passt zu auch zu einem gemufften Rahmen mit einem 35mm Unterrohr.

IL MIO TELAIO SU MISURA

I nostri telai sono fatti su misura secondo richiesta dei clienti. Se non conoscete esattamente le misure del telaio potete usare la nostra forma. Appoggiati con la schiena ad una parete senza le scarpe. Fatti aiutare da una seconda persona ad effettuare le 3 misure indicate nella nostra "forma". I risultati nella "forma" si riferiscono ad un telaio classico.

Possiamo anche produrre telai senza congiunzioni con un angolo di SLOPING su specifica richiesta dei clienti. Potete utilizzare l'angolo di sloping in due diversi modi:

A) allungando la lunghezza del tubo di sterzo per ottenere una più alta posizione del manubrio;
B) riducendo la lunghezza del tubo di sella per dare al telaio un aspetto più sportivo.

Potete anche specificare la lunghezza del tubo sterzo. Inoltre i tubi sterzo per il sistema "tubo sterzo integrato" sono fatti su misura!

Unsere Rahmen werden auf Maß nach Kundenwunsch gebaut. Wenn Sie die Maße für Ihren Rahmen ermitteln möchten, nutzen Sie bitte unser Formular. Es werden 3 Maße benötigt, die durch eine zweite Person gemessen werden. Tragen Sie keine Schuhe und stellen Sie sich mit dem Rücken an eine Wand. Die Ergebnisse gehören zu einer klassischen Diamant-Rahmenform.

Wir können auch Sloping-Rahmen mit einem geneigten Oberrohr herstellen. Zwei Möglichkeiten stehen zur Verfügung:

A) das Steuerrohr wird verlängert um eine höhere Position des Lenkers zu realisieren;
B) das Sitzrohr wird verkürzt um einen sportlicheren Look des Rades zu erzielen.

Es ist auch möglich die Steuerrohrlänge vorzugeben. Auch unsere Steuerrohre für einen integrierten Steuersatz sind keine Fertigteile, sie werden individuell auf Maß hergestellt!

Our frames are made to measure through customers request. If you don't know the size of the frame, please use our form for the calculation. Please don't wear shoes, stay with your back to a wall and let a second person make the 3 measurements. The results depend to a classic form of the frame.

We can also produce sloping frames with a bent top tube. There are two options:

A) the first is to increase the legth of the head tube to realize a higher position of the handlebar;
B) the second is to shorten the length of the seat tube, to give the bike a more sportier look.

It's also possible to indicate the head tube length. Also our head tubes for an integrated headset are made to measure!

Anniversary

La SIMONCINI - ITALIA, nel celebrare i suoi sessant'anni di attività e per attestare ancora una volta la sua particolare capacità nel realizzare telai in varie leghe di acciaio (acc. al carbonio, microlegati e inox) tutt'oggi ancora molto apprezzati, ha voluto realizzare un telaio moderno che richiama nelle forme delle sue sagome (diagonale e orizzontale) la classica forma a cinque coste da anni caposaldo della produzione del marchio.

Per integrare al meglio le sagome dei tubi di grosso diametro si è realizzato un Movimento Centrale maggioratato che supporta, comunque, le guarniture standard BSA.

Con la stessa logica del Movimento Centrale, è stato relizzato un Tubo Sterzo maggiorato con bussole porta cuscitetti integrati, entrambi lavorati a CNC per un corretto allineamento delle bussole porta cuscinetto; realizzabili con lunghezze varie su richiesta del cliente in modo da soddisfare qualsiasi altezza del manubrio.

Anche su questo telaio celebrativo la SIMONCINI - ITALIA per la realizzazione del carro posteriore ha optato per il suo famoso Bistay abbinato a dei Posteriori Orizzontali curvati.
SIMONCINI - ITALIA sta terminando i collaudi su strada, entro l'estate 2010 saranno disponibili per la commercializzazione in una serie limitatissima e numerata.
I telai sono tutti realizzati in lega inossidabile Fly100 elettrolucidati con relativa scheda tecnica qualità prodotto personalizzata per Cliente.

SIMONCINI - ITALIA begeht das 60jährige Firmenjubiläum als Hersteller von Fahrradrahmen, hauptsächlich aus Stahl in diversen Legierungen und aus Edelstahl. Der Jubiläumsrahmen hat ein sternförmig profiliertes Ober- und Unterrohr, die seit Jahren beliebte Form für einen klassischen Rennrahmen.

Für eine harmonische Verbindung des Unterrohrs mit dem Tretlagergehäuse hat dieses einen vergrößerten Querschnitt von 50mm in der Mitte. Die Seiten haben den üblichen Querschnitt, dadurch können Standard-Innenlager mit BSA-Gewinde verwendet werden. Das Tretlagergehäuse besteht aus einem Stück!

Das Steuerrohr ist für einen integrierten Steuersatz in 1 1/8" bestimmt. Es wird aus 3 Teilen per CNC-Fräsung gefertigt. Dadurch wird eine korrekte Ausrichtung der Aufnahmen für die Steuerlager garantiert. Das Steuerrohr ist kein Serienteil das nur in wenigen Längen verfügbar ist. Es wird individuell passend für jeden Jubiläumsrahmen gefertigt, auch auf eine vom Kunden vorgegebene Länge!

Auch dieser Jubiläumsrahmen wird mit einem muffenlos gelöteten Monostay-Hinterbau ausgestattet, wobei die Unterstreben gebogen sind.

Sobald die Praxistests im Laufe des Sommers 2010 abgeschlossen sind, werden die Jubiläumsrahmen in Edelstahl Fly 100 mit einem Finish in Elektropolitur erhältlich sein. Jeder Jubiläumsrahmen wird als Maßrahmen nach Kundenwunsch gebaut, bekommt eine Seriennummer und ein technisches Datenblatt.

SIMONCINI - ITALIA celebrates the 60th anniversary as a manufacturer of bicycle frames, mainly made of steel in various alloys and made of high-grade stainless steel.
The anniversary frame has a star shaped top- and downtube, for years the most liked form for a classical raceframe.

For an harmonious connection of the downtube with the bracket shell, this has an increased diameter from 50mm in the middle. Due to the standard diameters on the sides of the bracket shell, standard bottom brackets with BSA-thread can be used. The bracket shell is manufactured in one piece.

The head tube is CNC milled for an correct alignment of the bearings of the integrated headset in 1 1/8". It is realizable with several lengths upon request of the customer to satisfy any height of the handle-bar.

Also this anniversary frame is equipped with a fillet brazed monostay bridge, whereby the chain stay tubes are curved. After the practice tests become final in the summer of 2010, the anniversary frames will be available in high-grade steel Fly 100 with a finish in electrical polish.
Each anniversary frame is made to measure by customer's request, gets a serial number and a technical data sheet.

Nel definire le nuove tubazione in lega UHTS3, si è pensato, a livello progettuale, di realizzare una bici da corsa la - CarboFly100 - attraverso delle congiunzioni in carbonio con la tecnica di unione utilizzante speciali colle epossidiche (gia da tempo testate su tutti i migliori telai in carbonio).
Tutto questo per ulteriormente migliorare le caratteristiche meccaniche nella zona di giunzione: nessun decadimento delle caratteristiche di resistenza.

Sempre a livello progettuale è stato realizzato un apposito "monostay" posteriore per l'innesto nella congiunzione in carbonio che ha portatato, inoltre, ad un sensibile miglioramento dell'oscillazione laterale della ruota posteriore.

Visto il sempre più crescente interesse dei giovani per una bici minimalista ma, al contempo, hard e molto specialistica, Simoncini - MyBike52 hanno studiato, attraverso l'utilizzo di materiali nanotecnologici da tempo testati, un telaio realizzato con tubi sagomati "S5" (31,7 - 28,6) in Fly 100 (UHTS3), saldatura "fillet brazing" con riporto in argento/ottone e forcella in lega Fly 100: un telaio, quindi, "full inox".
Lo stesso telaio è realizzabile anche con congiunzioni inox saldobrasate.

L'allestimento può essere eseguito anche con un doppio scatto - fisso o libero - semplicemente girando la ruota posteriore.

Visto le incoraggianti richieste ricevute e per seguire la moda del momento è in finitura un telaio con tubazioni con diametri maggiorati (35 - 31,7) sempre con saldatura "fillet brazing" e forcella in lega Fly 100.

Passend zum Zeitgeist präsentieren SIMONCINI - MyBike52 einen Singlespeeder, nur mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Der Edelstahlrahmen hat sternförmig profilierte Hauptrohre, bei der Oberflächenbehandlung kommt die Nanotechnologie zum Einsatz. Dopo approfonditi studi, attente valutazioni meccaniche e tecnologiche, Simoncini - MyBike52, ha messo punto un progetto relativo ad un telaio bici da città classico, inglobante tutti i risultati tecnici riguardanti le seguenti valutazioni:
- Analisi del mercato odierno;
- Geometria del telaio;
- Peso, sia del telaio sia della bici finita;
- Confort di guida;
- Materiali utilizzati, sia del telaio sia dei componenti;
- Durata nel tempo, sia dei materiali sia dlla verniciatura sia dei componenti;
- Design;
- Valutazioni generali varie scaturite da prove su strada.
Tutto questo a portato alla realizzazione, in forma artigianale, di una "BiCittà" di alta gamma in stile "Old Time": per veri cultori di un oggetto esclusivo nato dall'unione tra vintage e tecnologia high tech, il tutto made in Italy.
Il progetto telaistico, ecosostenibile è stato realizzato attraverso l'utilizzo di una nuova lega inossidabile, denominata "UHTS3", per la realizzazione di strutture altamente resistenti con elevata capacità di assorbire energia ed, al contempo, ultraleggera.

Peculiarità lega "UHTS3"

RESISTENTE: la lega "UHTS3" si può produrre a seconda delle singole esigenze del Cliente con caratteristiche di alta o ultra resistenza.
ELASTICA: possiede elevate caratteristiche di assorbimento di energia in caso d'urto e di incremento di resistenza meccanica in funzione della velocità di deformazione.
RIGIDA: ottima prestazione in termini di rigidità torsionale.
MALLEABILE: qualunque sia il livello di resistenza, la lega "UHTS3" risulta facilmente malleabile, molto più dell'acciaio al carbonio o dell'alluminio.
SALDABILE: la lega "UHTS3" è facile da saldare. Basta avere il massimo riguardo nella posizione della saldatura, in quanto nella suddetta area si avrà una riduzione della resistenza (fenomeno comune a tutte le saldature).
MANUTENZIONE: assente, non richiede trattamento di superficie (ext-int) in quanto la resistenza alla corrosione è intrinseca alla lega stessa.
ECONOMICA: alta resistenza significa strutture leggere e poco materiale. Questo presenta considerevoli riduzioni dei costi del ciclo vita dei prodotti finiti.
IGENICA: la superficie inossidabile è facile da tenere pulita.
ATTRATTIVA: una lega inossidabile è di natura bella a vedersi.
AMBIENTE: rispettosa dell'ambiente in quanto è riciclabile al 100%.

Beginnen wir mit dem Hardtail MTB, an dem sich unsere Möglichkeiten beim Bau von Stahlrahmen, sowohl technisch als auch optisch, gut beschreiben lassen.

Cari Amici,

rispondo alle domande che mi sono state fatte negli ultimi giorni:
il telaio INOX di nostra ultima produzione avrà un peso di circa 1,350 kg.
Purtroppo, non conosciamo ancora con esattezza il peso, dato che la prima tubazione arriverà a fine mese. E' comunque intorno a 2oo grammi in meno dei telai in titanio.
Oltre a questo dato teorico, possiamo dirvi che per adesso abbiamo montato e testato il primo campione, con tubazione in acciaio speciale 15CDV6: 1,400 kg!! (per una misura 54 cm centro-centro).

Fiera della bicicletta a Brema

Alla Fiera della bicicletta svoltasi a Brema, il nostro cliente, Edgar Jakobs, insieme a colleghi di lavoro, ha presentato un programma Internet sul quale si possono progettare delle gite in bicicletta nella cittá di Brema e dintorni.
Basta solo inserire il punto di partenza e quello di arrivo, il resto viene calcolato automaticamente.
Oltre a questo ha anche presentato una bicicletta da corsa di Simoncini.
La verniciatura del telaio rappresenta un tramonto toscano.
Il blu scuro di base rappresenterebbe il passaggio del blu serale al buio della notte. Le scritte in arancio per il rosso del tramonto e i punti in argento per le stelle. L´ispirazione del design é venuta dalla canzone " TOSCANIAN SUNSET" dell´organista Barbara Dennerlein di Monaco di Baviera.
