Per i nostri clienti che non gradiscono un telaio in acciaio inox lucidatato, possiamo offrire il trattamento superficiale "Shot Peening" (processo di lavorazione a freddo in cui la superfice del telaio è "bombardata" con microsfere di ceramica).
I vantaggi di questo trattamento, sotto l'aspetto tecnologico, sono notevoli e si possono riassumere in:
- Aumento della durata (vita) dei componenti;
- Aumento della resistenza a fatica, sia delle parti saldate sia delle parti sottoposte a flessione (telaio) o torsione;
- Aumento della durezza superficiale;
- Eliminazione delle rotture per tensiocorrosione (SCC Stress Corrosion Cracking);
- Possibilità di ottenere diversi tipi di finiture estetiche;
- Ecologica: non necessita di verniciatura finale.
Nelle fotografie, relative sia la telaio sia alla forcella, si può vedere come come si presentano le superfici dopo questo trattamento.
Für unsere Kunden, die keinen hochglanzpolierten Edelstahlrahmen mögen, bieten wir ein Perlstrahlen als Finish der Rohre an (ein Kaltverformen der Rohroberflächen durch Beschuß mit Keramikperlen).
Die Vorteile dieser Behandlung, aus technischer Sicht, sind bemerkenswert:
- Erhöhung der Lebensdauer der Komponenten;
- Erhöhung der Torsionsfestigkeit und der Biegefestigkeit der Rohre;
- Erhöhung der Oberflächenhärte;
- Beseitigung der Spannungskorrosion (SCC Stress Corrosion Cracking);
- Verschiedene, ästhetische Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten der Rohroberflächen;
- Ökologie: eine abschließende Lackierung ist nicht erforderlich.

For our customers who do not appreciate a high polished stainless steel frame, we can offer the surface treatment " Shot Peening" (process of cold work in which the superficial "Shooting" with microspheres of ceramics).
The advantages of this treatment, in technical view, are remarkable:
