Dopo approfonditi studi, attente valutazioni meccaniche e tecnologiche, Simoncini - MyBike52, ha messo punto un progetto relativo ad un telaio bici da città classico, inglobante tutti i risultati tecnici riguardanti le seguenti valutazioni:
- Analisi del mercato odierno;
- Geometria del telaio;
- Peso, sia del telaio sia della bici finita;
- Confort di guida;
- Materiali utilizzati, sia del telaio sia dei componenti;
- Durata nel tempo, sia dei materiali sia dlla verniciatura sia dei componenti;
- Design;
- Valutazioni generali varie scaturite da prove su strada.
Tutto questo a portato alla realizzazione, in forma artigianale, di una "BiCittà" di alta gamma in stile "Old Time": per veri cultori di un oggetto esclusivo nato dall'unione tra vintage e tecnologia high tech, il tutto made in Italy.
Il progetto telaistico, ecosostenibile è stato realizzato attraverso l'utilizzo di una nuova lega inossidabile, denominata "UHTS3", per la realizzazione di strutture altamente resistenti con elevata capacità di assorbire energia ed, al contempo, ultraleggera.

Peculiarità lega "UHTS3"

RESISTENTE: la lega "UHTS3" si può produrre a seconda delle singole esigenze del Cliente con caratteristiche di alta o ultra resistenza.
ELASTICA: possiede elevate caratteristiche di assorbimento di energia in caso d'urto e di incremento di resistenza meccanica in funzione della velocità di deformazione.
RIGIDA: ottima prestazione in termini di rigidità torsionale.
MALLEABILE: qualunque sia il livello di resistenza, la lega "UHTS3" risulta facilmente malleabile, molto più dell'acciaio al carbonio o dell'alluminio.
SALDABILE: la lega "UHTS3" è facile da saldare. Basta avere il massimo riguardo nella posizione della saldatura, in quanto nella suddetta area si avrà una riduzione della resistenza (fenomeno comune a tutte le saldature).
MANUTENZIONE: assente, non richiede trattamento di superficie (ext-int) in quanto la resistenza alla corrosione è intrinseca alla lega stessa.
ECONOMICA: alta resistenza significa strutture leggere e poco materiale. Questo presenta considerevoli riduzioni dei costi del ciclo vita dei prodotti finiti.
IGENICA: la superficie inossidabile è facile da tenere pulita.
ATTRATTIVA: una lega inossidabile è di natura bella a vedersi.
AMBIENTE: rispettosa dell'ambiente in quanto è riciclabile al 100%.

Simoncini - MyBike52 bringen ein Stadtrad im klassischen Look. Dabei wurde Wert gelegt auf ein komfortables Fahrverhalten und auf die Verwendung von wiederverwertbaren Rohstoffen bei diesem Rad. Der Rahmen ist entweder in Stahl- oder in Edelstahl erhältlich.

Info: Rohre der Legierung "UHTS3" werden nach Kundenvorgaben hergestellt mit höchster Festigkeit.
Elastizität: Eine große Verformbarkeit der Rohre vor dem Bruch nimmt Energie auf im Falle einer Kollision.
Steifigkeit: optimale Steifigkeitswerte
Schweißbarkeit: Die Legierung "UHTS3" zeichnet sich durch eine sehr gute Schweißbarkeit aus.
Haltbarkeit: Die Rohre sind außen und innen rostfrei und dadurch wartungsfrei.
Wirtschaftlichkeit: Die Rohre benötigen keinen Korrosionsschutz nach der Herstellung, der dann vor der Verarbeitung wieder entfernt werden muss. Beim fertigen Rahmen ist ein Korrosionsschutz und eine Lackierung nicht erforderlich.
Pflege: Die Oberfläche der Edelstahlrohre ist leicht sauber zu halten.
Optik: Die blanke Oberfläche ist bereits attraktiv, auch ohne Lackierung.
Wiederverwertbarkeit: Zu 100% wiederverwertbar.
