Review to the Exhibition

La mostra RAD + OUTDOOR, tenutasi a Brema il 12 – 13 Marzo 2011, è stato un gran successo per noi.
Il nostro stand è risultato essere l’unico italiano fra i 166 espositori presenti alla mostra, con bandiera tricolore dell’Italia in bella mostra.
La maggior parte degli ospiti che hanno visitato il nostro stand hanno dichiarato che era la prima volta che vedevano:
a) i tubi grezzi d’acciaio inossidabile utilizzati per la costruzione dei telai;
b) i componenti costituenti la nostra forcella da 1 1/8”, sempre in acciaio inossidabile, realizzati con lavorazioni a CNC.
A destato molta ammirazione ed impressione la nostra tecnica “Fillet Brazing” utilizzata per la costruzione dei telai d'acciaio senza congiunzioni: abbiamo dovuto rimuovere, varie volte, le impronte digitali lasciate dai visitatori increduli davanti all’estrema cura con cui è stata eseguita la finitura dei telai PRO RACING EVO, EXTRA 2 INOX, CORSA STRADA e MTB, FLY 100 classico e Scatto Fisso “S5”, tutti presenti alla mostra.
Abbiamo, inoltre, stabilito vari contatti con commercianti di bicicletta, sia di tipo tradizionale sia sportivo, con fornitori di componenti di biciclette e con costruttori professionali, tutti da vari anni presenti sul mercato Internazionale.
Die Messe RAD + OUTDOOR am 12. – 13. März 2011 in Bremen war ein großer Erfolg für uns.
Unter den 166 Ausstellern waren wir der einzige Stand mit einer Italoflagge.
Nahezu alle Besucher hatten vorher noch nie die bei uns präsentierten Teile gesehen :
a) Edelstahlrohre in rohem Zustand mit verschiedenen Profilen für den Rahmenbau,
b) unsere selbst entwickelte Edelstahlgabel in 1 1/8" und diverse Teile aus eigener CNC - Fertigung wie Tretlagergehäuse, Steuerrohre usw..
Beeindruckt waren die Besucher von der von uns eingesetzten Technik des muffenlosen Lötens "Fillet Brazing”: mehrmals am Tag mussten wir die Fingerabdrücke der Besucher entfernen von unseren Rahmen PRO RACING EVO, EXTRA 2 INOX, CORSA STRADA und MTB, FLY 100 classico e Scatto Fisso “S5” die alle auf der Messe präsentiert wurden.
Wir konnten viele Kontakte knüpfen, sowohl zu Endverbrauchern, als auch zu Fahrradhändlern und -herstellern. Ein deutscher Rahmenbauer hat Interesse an unseren Materialien für den Rahmenbau bekundet.
Für die Zukunft erwarten wir eine Reihe interessanter Zusammenarbeiten und neue Projekte.
Wir danken den Organisatoren der Messe Rad + Outdoor und den Besuchern für das gezeigte Interesse an unseren Produkten.

Among the 166 exhibitors we were the only one with an Italo-Flag.
Almost all visitors had nerver seen before the parts presented by us:
a) Tubes in stainless steel raw condition with different profiles for the framebuilding,
b) our self developed stainless steel fork in 1 1/8" and various parts from own CNC - manufacturing such as Bottom Brackets, Headtubes etc.
The visitors were impressed of the technology we use on our lugless frames called " Fillet Brazing”: we had to remove the fingerprints several times from our frames PRO RACING EVO, EXTRA 2 INOX, CORSA STRADA e MTB, FLY 100 classico and Scatto Fisso “S5” we have presented at the fair.
We could attach many contacts, both to consumers and to bicycle dealers and - manufacturers. A German framebuilder stated interest in our materials in the building of frameworks.
For the future we expect a row of intersting co-operation and new projects.
Thanks to the supervisors of the fair Rad + Outdoor and the visitors for the interest shown in our products.

Fiera Rad und Outdoor Brema 12.-13. Marzo 2011
Ciao tutti, sono la BiCittà, una citybike italiana classica e voglio invitarvi tutti a venire a Brema dal 12 ÷ 13 Marzo alla Fiera RAD + OUTDOOR , Stand 5 K 34.
Potete così vedermi e richiedere, se possibile, di farmi un test ride.
Il mio telaio e la forcella sono fatti di tubi in Chrome-Molybdenum. Non vengo da sola alla Fiera, vengo insieme a tutta la famiglia di SIMONCINI : telai realizzati con tubazioni UHTS3 (Ultra High Tensile Strength Stainless Steel):
- Bici PRO RACING con telaio elettrolucidato
- Bici PRO RACING telaio con trattamento "Shot Peening ceramica" e forcella inox

Lo sterzo e l'attacco manubrio sono in stile inizi anni '90.
Forcellini inox microfusi, uniti alla Forcella Inox mediante brasatura (Brazing).
Movimento Centrale che supporta le guarniture standard BSA.

Come da nostra filosofia abbiamo personalizzato, per un cliente, un telaio "SCATTO FISSO S5" interamente realizzato in lega inossidabile "Fly100" ( telaio e forcella).
La personalizzione, evidenziata nelle immagini, ha riguardato:

- Saldatura telaio con metodologia "Fillet Brazing" a vista color "ottone"
- Telaio elettrolucidato
- Forcella inossidabile con trattamento di pallinatura (Shot Peening)
- Scritte realizzate con pallinatura (Shot Peening)
- Protezione superficiale del telaio tramite verniciatura trasparente (telaio nudo)
- Componenti ed accessori stile anni '90
- Doppia corona al mozzo posteriore con possibilità di "Scatto Fisso" o "Scatto Libero"
Con una speciale mascherina abbiamo scritto, tramite pallinatura, il nome del telaio.
La colorazione "ottone" delle saldature "Fillet Brazing" del telaio ben si abbina con il colore dei cerchi in legno.
I colori delle leve freno, rosso e blu, richiamano la colorazione degli album dei mitici THE BEATLES.
Lo sterzo e l'attacco manubrio sono in stile inizi anni '90.
Forcellini inox microfusi, uniti alla Forcella Inox mediante brasatura (Brazing).
Forcellini posteriori inox, lavorati CNC, uniti al carro posteriore mediante brasatura (Brazing) e doppia corona "Scatto Fisso" e Scatto Libero".

Nostro autoadesivo per l'acciaio inossidabile FLY100, ULTRA HIGH TENSILE STRENGTH STAINLESS STEEL.

Shot Peening
Per i nostri clienti che non gradiscono un telaio in acciaio inox lucidatato, possiamo offrire il trattamento superficiale "Shot Peening" (processo di lavorazione a freddo in cui la superfice del telaio è "bombardata" con microsfere di ceramica).
I vantaggi di questo trattamento, sotto l'aspetto tecnologico, sono notevoli e si possono riassumere in:
- Aumento della durata (vita) dei componenti;
- Aumento della resistenza a fatica, sia delle parti saldate sia delle parti sottoposte a flessione (telaio) o torsione;
- Aumento della durezza superficiale;
- Eliminazione delle rotture per tensiocorrosione (SCC Stress Corrosion Cracking);
- Possibilità di ottenere diversi tipi di finiture estetiche;
- Ecologica: non necessita di verniciatura finale.
Nelle fotografie, relative sia la telaio sia alla forcella, si può vedere come come si presentano le superfici dopo questo trattamento.
Für unsere Kunden, die keinen hochglanzpolierten Edelstahlrahmen mögen, bieten wir ein Perlstrahlen als Finish der Rohre an (ein Kaltverformen der Rohroberflächen durch Beschuß mit Keramikperlen).
Die Vorteile dieser Behandlung, aus technischer Sicht, sind bemerkenswert:
- Erhöhung der Lebensdauer der Komponenten;
- Erhöhung der Torsionsfestigkeit und der Biegefestigkeit der Rohre;
- Erhöhung der Oberflächenhärte;
- Beseitigung der Spannungskorrosion (SCC Stress Corrosion Cracking);
- Verschiedene, ästhetische Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten der Rohroberflächen;
- Ökologie: eine abschließende Lackierung ist nicht erforderlich.
Die Fotos zeigen die Oberflächen der Rohre des Rahmens und der Gabel nach dieser Behandlung.
For our customers who do not appreciate a high polished stainless steel frame, we can offer the surface treatment " Shot Peening" (process of cold work in which the superficial "Shooting" with microspheres of ceramics).
The advantages of this treatment, in technical view, are remarkable:
- Increase of the duration of the parts;
- Increase of the resistance to torsion knitting and bending;
- Increase of the superficial hardness;
- Elimination of the stress corrosion crackings (SCC Stress Corrosion Cracking);
- Possibility to obtain various types of aesthetic finishes;
- Ecological: a final paint job is not needed.

FORCELLA INOX
Offriamo 2 forcelle in acciaio inossidabile FLY100 per sistema Ahaedset:
- un 1" modello con testa classica microfusa,
- un 1" 1/8 modello con testa lavorata CNC.
La larghezza del la forcella 1 1/8" è progettata per un telaio con congiunzioni con tubo obliquo di 35mm.
Wir bieten zwei Gabeln in Edelstahl FLY100 an:
- ein 1" Modell mit einem klassischen Gabelkopf,
- ein 1 1/8" Modell mit einem CNC-gefrästen Gabelkopf.
Die Weite der 1 1/8" Gabel passt zu auch zu einem gemufften Rahmen mit einem 35mm Unterrohr.
We offer 2 forks in stainless steel FLY100 for Ahaedset steerer:
- a 1" model with a classic crown
- a 1 1/8" model with a cnc made crown.
The width of the 1 1/8" fork is designed for a lugged frame with a 35mm downtube.
